in april 2024, i finally directed a guinness spec ad script i wrote back in 2020, during covid.

i decided to shoot it because guinness were holding an advert competition for it's new non-alcoholic guinness 0.0

so, i gathered a motley crew & we shot it & had a fun time doing so too!

for the competition, the ad could not be more than 30 seconds in length.

so, we submitted a 30 second version but also have the directors cut at 2 mins 48 seconds.

we were nominated in the last 7 of the countrywide competition & were invited to guinness for a lovely day out!
