Mo O'Connell co-produced this new indie feature film that was shot in Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon and Donegal in January to February of 2024. It is now in post-production. THIS PROMISE tells the story of Cheryl, a woman, homeless in Dublin, struggling to see her young daughter and the friendship she forms that keeps her going. The short film, co-written and directed by Naoimh Ní Luanaigh highlights multiple issues faced by homeless women in Ireland, but primarily tells an intimate story of resilience and hope.

This Promise finished in post-production as of July 2023 and will begin its festival journey soon, Watch this space!
