Revolutionary; James Connolly; looks to Dublin printers, Molloy, O'Brien and Brady to turn out 2000 copies of an Irish Proclamation- in one night and in secret- to be read by Padraig Pearse at the GPO Easter Monday 24th April 1916. They don't have enough type. They don't have enough wax. They don't have enough paper. Can they do it? *Based on the actual characters & events surrounding the secret printing of the first Irish Proclamation. Buddha Buddies is directed, edited & produced by Mo O'Connell. It is a short, gentle and uplifting documentary about the important work done by the Friends of the Elderly Charity. Elaine volunteers for Friends of the Elderly and is assigned to Eileen to be her 'friend' and changes Eileen's life for the better. THIS PROMISE tells the story of Cheryl, a woman, homeless in Dublin, struggling to see her young daughter and the friendship she forms that keeps her going. The short film, co-written and directed by Naoimh Ní Luanaigh highlights multiple issues faced by homeless women in Ireland, but primarily tells an intimate story of resilience and hope. This Promise is still shooting as of February 12th 2023 and hopes to wrap in post by the end of March 2023. |

GIRLS had its World Premiere at the Cork International Film festival and was sold to RTE at the end of it's festival run. It is now being developed into a feature film called, "FAIR GAME." Gerard is just out of the clinker and has a young daughter to look after all by himself since his wife and her mother died recently. It's Christmas and no one will help him to give his daughter the Christmas she deserves. Jolly Boy had it's World Premiere at the Fastnet Film Festival and enjoyed a long festival run. |

Following a heated discussion with his partner, Tim seeks refuge in an empty gallery space. He inadvertantly goes into the Seán Scully Room in the Hugh Lane Gallery. The paintings watch him. He prays for silence and solitude. However, his prayers are ignored, as gallery regular Cecil takes him on an abstract journey of interaction and appreciation.
